Noodle Cooker YZ-TM-16
Description
The modular gas noodle cooker YZ-TM-16 features an 800 mm depth and a 9.5 kW heater. It is equipped with a swing door and a salt-resistant stainless steel tank with a 27-liter capacity and a cold-water filling faucet tank, easily operable from the front panel.
Designed for continuous and high-speed noodle cooking, the YZ-TM-16 is an ideal choice for Asian restaurants. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel with a 1.5 mm thickness, the temperature-controlled noodle tank is fully welded for durability and hygiene.
