Description
Chinese Pro high-performance gas wok with blower. Equipped with two 40 kW premix burners built into fire brick chambers, delivering high thermal efficiency with low combustion noise below 70 dBA. It also includes two clay pot burners of 6.5 kW power rate each, positioned at the rear.
This wok is designed to meet the demands of professional Chinese chefs and is ideal for high-frequency Asian restaurants.
The slanted, deep-drawn 3.2 mm reinforced top panel is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and includes a heavy-duty removable cast iron wok ring and pot holder for the clay pot burner.
A cold-water supply with one swivel faucet mounted on the backsplash is easily operable from the front panel. The intelligent deck cooling and cleaning system with spray nozzles ensures efficient cooling of the top panel and enhanced hygiene by flushing food residues toward the front drainage channel. The built-in strainer prevents drain blockage.

Backsplash made of stainless steel AISI 304 with hairline surface pattern (1.2 mm).
Tubular stainless steel legs, height adjustable (±25 mm).
Installation options: free-standing or placed on a plinth.
Frame, top panels, and all major components made of high-grade stainless steel.
